Welcome to MakerLab Hannover — the makerspace at the Leibniz University Hannover!
Here students have an opportunity to sharpen their technical skills and fulfill their creative potential by working on practical projects of their own.
Our goal is to provide students with the tools necessary to put their ideas into practice, as well as build a community that helps its members to acquire and foster technical skills that have an immediate real world application. New members can either decide to work on projects of their own or join the projects of others.
If you are a student of Leibniz University Hannover and, for example,
- have ideas for a cool project..?
- want to try your hand at tinkering..?
- are eager to put what you’ve learned at lectures into practice..?
- are looking to meet people with similar interests..?
Then we have exactly what you’re looking for! Come by during our opening hours or contact us at info@makerlab-hannover.de or on Instagram.
We are looking forward to working with you!
We started streaming on our Twitch channel on some Wednesdays, 19:00 – 20:00. It’s called “MakerMeetwoch”! There, our members show their projects or offer tutorials about various maker subjects. The tutorial videos will be uploaded on YouTube. Make sure to drop by!
